10. Trustworthy and Loyal

Employers would probably die for employees who can be trusted upon whether in their line of work or in confidential matters. Their loyalties are definitely valued upon. These values are so basic and yet so rare nowadays. 

If you are then able to prove and show that you are such.  You will have less competition in this area, and this would be a definite plus for you.
